London fire: Huge blaze breaks out in west London flats

A huge fire has broken out at a block of flats at Lancaster West Estate, in the Latimer Road area of west London, police and firefighters have said.
Footage of the fire was filmed by a BBC reporter.
Mayor of London Sadiq Khan said a "major incident" had been declared.
