Norway Proposes Ban on Face Covering in Schools, Kindergartens

Norway’s Conservative-led government proposed a ban on face covering clothing in all public and private schools and kindergartens.
Such clothing prevents “good communication” which is “crucial” for learning in schools and universities, Education Minister Torbjorn Roe Isaksen said in a statement.
The proposed ban will affect both students and teachers.
