Two US B-1 bombers have conducted exercises over the Korean peninsula with South Korean and Japanese planes.
The US Pacific Command said the mission was "a part of the continuing demonstration of iron-clad US commitment to our allies".
It follows North Korea`s latest intercontinental ballistic missile test on 28 July.
